goodbye pancit canton

Yesterday, I had my last taste of Lucky Me Pancit Canton. Actually, it should have been months ago.
This favorite food of mine has been an emergency food for Ramil and me even when we were not yet married. Whenever we feel hungry and we don’t have anything to eat, pancit canton was always a welcome option. I love the chilimansi variety and poor me, I wouldn’t even be able to taste the new sweet and spicy flavor.
The reason for this temporary abstinence is of course, the parasite living inside my tummy. Upon learning we were pregnant, Ramil and I reluctantly decreased our intake of this savory food. But with the parasite growing exponentially, my guilt at eating foods laden with preservatives grows along with it. Not to mention reprimands from the future lolos and lolas.
So for the sake of our darling parasite, I say “See you later, pancit canton. Till we meet again”

i had to give up coke, even diet coke, during my pregnancy! que horror! pero well, bumalik din ako. by the time i was 34 weeks along, nakaka-dalawang cans na ko ng diet coke a day. bad. hehe.
i felt my baby kick when i was 17 weeks along. maaga nga daw yun sabi ng nanay ko. hintay ka lang… baka nga di mo pa mapansin sa una e.

sabi kze ng uncle ng hubby ko i can still eat whatever i want till the end of my 3rd month eh, kaya ngaun, eto//nahihirapan ako 
dipa din ako nakakaranas ng first kick..medyo kinakabahan ako sa mararamdaman pero excited!

excited na nga si ramil na gumalaw tyan ko kahit la pa nga ako nararamdaman. hehe!

di pa naman masyado malaki tyan ko pero wala na ko halos masuot.hehe!almost 5 mos na tyo…halfway there
