a big change

More than once, I have asked Ramil what his reaction will be if I'd tell him that I want to undergo some kind of cosmetic surgery. He'd ask me if I would be really willing to have something done on me. I'd tell him that as long as it's perfectly safe, why not?

Science has really made wonders. One only has to look at numerous celebrities who have had face lifts, or at rhinoplasty before after pictures, or look at plastic surgeries done on people who were in terrible accidents. If you want to look like somebody else, it's not impossible anymore. Some homosexuals have even undergone so much cosmetic surgery, it's hard to tell that they're actually not females.

As for me, even though I've played around with it in my head countless times. I think I'm perfectly happy with everything I've got.
