During one of our pedia visits, we let Mateo try the wooden horse in the doctor’s office. He seemed to enjoy it because he’d rock the horse himself whenever we’d stop rocking the horse. I narrated the story to my mom and after a few weeks, she decided to buy her first and only grandson his own wooden horse.
He’s loving his horsy-horsy and he’s also getting possessive of it. He’d often try to ‘push’ away our neighbors whenever they’re trying to ride his horsy. I just hope he doesn’t graduate to real horses when he grows up! LOL.
