This is the house we are currently renting. The house is more than ten years old already but it has been well-maintained by the owners and we love staying here. The owners have migrated to Canada and Ramil and I are thinking of offering to buy it by taking out a Pag-ibig loan. It’s not really our dream house but we are thinking of just having it renovated in a few years’ time. Right now, it has three spacious bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom. My only concern is the kitchen, dining room, and living room. I prefer to have more space for them. We’re not really planning on a home theater but it would be nice to have more room to entertain guests and more space to prepare food. We’ll be meeting with the owners soon, hopefully we come up with something that everyone will be happy with.
