A few weeks ago, I once again experienced the terrible headaches that signal the start of my second trimester. I had those exact kind of headaches when I was pregnant with Mateo and immediately, I knew that it has something to do with my eyes.

My vision often suffers during the second trimester of pregnancy. Even years before, I already knew that I have astigmatism and corrective eyeglasses were recommended. Unfortunately, I hate wearing them so I only wear them whenever I feel those headaches in an effort to alleviate the problem.

So when I entered my second trimester a few weeks ago and experienced those same headaches, I hurriedly looked for the eyeglasses that I used to have. However, it seems that my eyesight have worsened, serves me right for not wearing them. Although my headaches were lessened, they weren’t fully alleviated. I’m now thinking of getting myself a new pair but what’s holding me back is our need to save up for the July/August delivery.

It would be great if I could order from Zenni Optical. I read a review detailing how easy and affordable it is to get a new pair of eyeglasses. I can’t believe that full prescription glasses can be as low as $8! It would even be tempting to get several of different designs especially since they offer a flat rate shipping of just $4.95. A friend of mine will be visiting the US next month and I’m thinking about having my eyes checked here then ordering a pair or two so she can bring it home with her. Hopefully, I don’t have to wait too long so that I can finally put an end to my eyesight problem.
